SHED & LINE UP
1 DAY

1. Clean lot
2. Build shed
3. Set up tank for water
4. Electricity (Owner responsibility)
5. Line up building

FOUNDATION & SLAB
30 DAYS

1. Tie steel
2. Pile, matt, column, ground beam, top beam, ring beam
3. Square hole – 5 days
4. Trenches – 5 days
5. Pile auger
6. Put in steel and cast pile, matt ground beam – 2 days
7. Build starter boxing – 2 days
8. Cast – 3 days
9. Put down 6” or 8” concrete blocks and cast – 3 days
10. Backfill (20-30 loads) – 5 days
11. Compact – 1 days
12. Lay polythene, BRCm steel, raise – 3 days
13. Electrical & Plumbing
14. Cast slab 5” lath install around slab

SUPERSTRUCTURE – FRAMES, SLABS, STEPS
16 DAYS

1. Build column boxing – 2 days
2. Install, cast columns – 2 days
3. Build decking – 10 days
4. Tie steel
5. Install top beams – 2 days
6. Put ½ steel, 6” apart both ways
7. Raise floor
8. Electrical & Plumbing
9. Cast slab, install 5” lath around, slab

FIRST FLOOR
14 DAYS WORK

1. Install profile – 2 days
2. Block upstairs – 14 days
3. Build window heads, install steel – 2 days
4. Build door head, install steel – 1 day
5. Build ring beam, install steel pipes, cans – 1 day
6. Install door frames – 3 days
7. Breakout decking

FRAME ROOF
12 DAYS WORK

1. I beam
2. 2 purlin
3. Sheet roof – 5 days
4. Heat protection – 5 days

 30 DAYS WORK

1. Company install scaffolding
2. Plaster interior and exterior of house, upstairs – 30 days
3. Install plumbing in walls – 3 days
4. Install steel windows – 3 days
5. Floors

57 DAYS WORK

1. Prime house – 10 days
2. Tile toilet and bath – 7 days
3. Last coat – 10 days
4. Tiling of floors – 7 days
5. Install plumbing fixtures – 3 days
6. Cupboards, doors, aluminum windows, designer door – 3 days
7. Cast drain, driveway, pavement – 7 days
8. Build cesspit and soakway – 2 days
9. Fencing, chainlink, ½ walls, wrought iron – 10 days
10. Clean site
